How can I participate in the Winter Event?

Participating in the Winter Event is as easy as opening presents!

Open the event overview to see all the prizes available for this round. Pressing the "Start" Button will wrap and shuffle them. Once the presents are shuffled, click on any of them to unwrap! Each one costs 10 Stars to unwrap.

Completing quests and logging in every day will grant you Stars which you can then use to unwrap more presents! You can also find some extra Stars in incidents around your city. Presents will contain a wealth of different rewards, including old favorites from previous Winter Events! Additionally, each opened present will grant you a train ticket which you can use to move the the train towards its destination, the Grand Prize! Use a ticket to unwrap a track piece, which will move your train 1, 2 or even 3 spaces! Move 20 spaces to unlock the Grand Prize, and start the journey to your train's next Grand Prize destination. Choo choo!

In addition to the regular gifts, there’s also a chance you might stumble upon a special tile when you open a present. These are:

Shuffle	Shuffle will of course shuffle the board for you, and it will also give you 10 Stars. When combined with "Double Payout", the stars are doubled, but the tiles are only shuffled once.
Double Payout	Double Payout will double the reward from the next present you open. If you do not open any presents during that day, then the double payout will transfer to the next day when you open a present.
Show 2	Show 2 will reveal to you the contents of two presents on the board, and it will also give you a small amount of Stars. When combined with "Double Payout", the stars are doubled, but only two tiles are revealed.

Winter Questline

Mr. Winter, the Forge Express's conductor, will whisk you away on a fairytale adventure in this year's questline.

Listen carefully as he recounts his tales across 70 quests. 38 rush quests will be available immediately, with a new daily quest every single day of the event.

Reindeer Collection

Whenever you uncover a Daily Special, not only do you receive the prize itself and a ticket for your train, but you also find one of the lost reindeers! Once you have found your first Reindeer you can claim your reward at any time for Diamonds! Help return all the reindeers to their sleigh. Collect 9 reindeers to unlock more rewards and get yourself a better deal:

Once you've claimed your Reindeer collection, you'll be given the chance to start a whole new collection and receive a new set of rewards.

Winter Train

This year's Grand Prize is the Winter Train, an upgradable 7x3 building with 9 levels. At level 9, you get to choose between three final looks, which each produce unique rewards. You can pick between The Charcoal Express (Black), The Sleighride Express (Red), or The Evergreen Express (Green). In order to upgrade the Winter Train, you will need to obtain Winter Train Upgrade Kits, by advancing through the questline. You can also win some upgrade kits as Grand Prizes in the event window itself.

Mejorar el Tren de Invierno a nivel 9

Si mejoran su Tren de Invierno del nivel 8 al 9, tendrán que elegir entre tres opciones. ¡Pero elijan sabiamente! Una vez que mejoren su Tren de Invierno al nivel 9, no pueden revertir su elección.

Tren de Invierno - Carros

Este año introducimos una nueva mecánica para los edificios del Tren de Invierno, la habilidad de cadena. Esto funciona similar a como funcionan las bonificaciones de los conjuntos, en donde hay recompensas extra por los edificios que son colocados unos junto a otros, pero en lugar de que la bonificación funcione con los edificios adyacentes para cada pieza del set sin importar su posición, el tren recibe una bonificación por la habilidad de cadena cuando adjuntan los carros a la parte trasera del Tren de Invierno. Pero no solo eso, también pueden adjuntar tantos carros como puedan en la parte trasera del Tren de Invierno para recoger los beneficios o inclusive más bonificaciones. ¡Cada carro suma!

Los carros se pueden encontrar como Especiales del Día en el Evento de Invierno, ¡y a veces en la Colección de Renos!

Regreso de edificios

Al igual que en años pasados, habrá la oportunidad de tomar algunos de los premios de años previos, tales como la Aguja Invernal, y el kit de decoración, que contiene una opción para elegir de varios premios de años previos.
