Una cuenta por jugador

Cada jugador puede tener solamente una cuenta por mundo. Cada cuenta puede tener únicamente un usuario y no podrá ser logueada o jugada por ningún otro jugador.
Está prohibido compartir tu contraseña con otras personas.
Conocer, almacenar, o preguntar contraseñas de las cuentas de otros jugadores está prohibido. Si otro jugador te envía su contraseña, siempre debes reportarlo.
Ejemplos:
- Está prohibido crear múltiples cuentas en un mismo mundo por ningún motivo.
- Está permitido utilizar la misma cuenta para jugar en múltiples mundos.
- Está permitido utilizar múltiples cuentas para jugar Forge of Empires pero nunca en el mismo mundo.
- No puedes acceder (o tener acceso) a ninguna cuenta que no te pertenezca, en ningún mundo.
- Está prohibido jugar por cualquier otro jugador si están temporalmente fuera, o por ningún otro motivo.
- Está prohibido tratar de entrar de manera forzada en una cuenta o intentar engañar a otro jugador para que te proporcione su información de logueo.
- Está prohibido preguntar a otro jugador su información de logueo.

Compartir dispositivo y/o conexión a internet

Está permitido que dos o más jugadores utilicen la misma computadora y/o conexión a internet, siempre que cada jugador controle únicamente las acciones de su cuenta (por favor contacten a Soporte para informar de esta situación).
Ejemplos:
- Está permitido para ti y para tu hermano tener cada uno su propia cuenta en Forge of Empires siempre y cuando ambos tengan acceso únicamente a su propia cuenta.
- Está permitido que ingreses a tu cuenta en tu trabajo o escuela, siempre que únicamente tú tengas acceso a tu cuenta.

Comunicación

InnoGames no acepta ninguna publicación que el Equipo de Forge of Empires considere ilegal, insultante, ofensiva, amenazante, abusiva, agresiones a la vida real, sexualmente explícitas, pornográficas (incluyendo pero no limitado a dibujos y animaciones), política extrema, fanatismo religioso, peligroso para la juventud, racista, minimizando el uso de drogas ilegales o alcohol, o promoviendo el uso de dichas sustancias, o en cualquier forma inapropiada. Publicar links a dichos contenidos tampoco está permitido
Hacer spam a otros jugadores con mensajes dentro del juego o en el chat es abusivo y no será tolerado.
Es contra las reglas hacerse pasar como cualquier miembro del equipo o sugerir que son tus conocidos para forzar cualquier tipo de comportamiento.
Ejemplos:
- Está prohibido utilizar nicks inapropiados.
- Está prohibido hacer publicidad de juegos de nuestros competidores, publicar contenido inapropiado o links a dicho contenido, publicar mensajes a sitios que hagan dinero o links a los juegos de nuestros competidores.
- Está permitido referirse a un jugador como novato o criticar su forma de jugar utilizando el lenguaje apropiado.
- Las amenazas solamente están permitidas cuando se relacionan al juego y no a la vida real. Por ejemplo, decir que atacarás a alguien con tus unidades si no te da Puntos Forge está permitido. Sin embargo, no está permitido decir que buscarás a alguien y lo golpearás si no te da Puntos Forge.
- Utilizar únicamente mayúsculas, o hacer spam con el mismo mensaje en el juego repetidamente en el chat no está permitido, ya que es una falta de etiqueta.
- Solicitamos a nuestros jugadores no utilizar nombres en sus cuentas que incluyan su dirección de correo electrónico completo, nombre completo o números de teléfono, por seguridad del mismo jugador y de sus datos personales.
- Alentar a otro jugador a romper las reglas está prohibido.

Lenguaje

Este servidor de Forge of Empires es un juego en Español. El uso de otros lenguajes en el juego está prohibido. Esto significa que toda la comunicación y las publicaciones deben ser realizadas en Español.
Una frase corta conocida universalmente en otro lenguaje está permitida, siempre que sea traducida al idioma Español directamente antes o después. No es necesario traducir los nombres propios.
Las solicitudes a Soporte también deberán ser realizadas en Español legible, de otra manera podrían no ser respondidas.

Transferencia de cuentas y Diamantes

It is not allowed to play accounts for commercial purposes. It is not allowed to sell, buy, trade or offer accounts in exchange for Diamonds or any other benefit.
It is not allowed to exchange in-game items (e.g. goods, Forge Points etc.) for Diamonds or outside benefits (such as money, vouchers etc.).
An account can be transferred for free to another person. A prior express approval from the Support team must be given.
Diamonds may only be used by the account that bought them. Transferring Diamonds to another account is not possible.

Bots and scripts

It is strictly forbidden to use bots or scripts.
Examples:
- It is strictly forbidden to use bots or scripts that automatically collect your resources.
- It is not allowed to use click-bots or scripts that minimize your manual clicks.
- You may not use programs that mimic premium features or provide an unfair advantage.

Bugs

Each player is required to report serious errors immediately to the Forge of Empires Team. A player is not allowed to knowingly take advantage of bugs.
If you notice that a player is abusing a bug in the game you must report him.
If you notice a spelling error or typo, you are not obligated to report it, however you are encouraged to do so for the improvement of the game.

Pushing

Operating a push account or knowingly benefiting from it is forbidden. A push account is an account that is mainly used to help another account while neglecting other parts of the game. This means that it is not allowed to use an account solely for the purpose of helping another account grow, or to knowingly receive benefits or any kind of support from such account.
Trades in any form (goods, Forge Points, etc.) that involve multiple worlds are forbidden.

Miscellaneous

Please treat other Forge of Empires Community members with respect. Following the rules helps to create a fun and fair environment for everyone.
The Community Management of the International version of Forge of Empires are the final arbiters of any rules dispute. Their interpretation of these rules is final.
Forge of Empires Team reserves the right to exclude anyone from the game. Bans can be appealed via the Support System.
Please be aware that in-game items can be removed from an account as a punishment, and that Diamonds aren't refunded to players who are banned for breaking our rules.
If you believe someone is breaking the rules, you can contact the Support Team.
Knowingly benefiting from another player breaking the rules is prohibited. If you think you have benefited from a breach of rules, you must report this.
It is not allowed to mistreat the Support Team or abuse the Support system.
These rules can be adapted to different cases in the interests of maintaining fair play within the game.

Account deletion

Game accounts may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Please note that any Diamonds left on the account will remain on the master account and will not be deleted, unless a complete account deletion has been requested.
