The Winter Train https://foezz.innogamescdn.com/assets/shared/icons/winter_train.png is an upgradable building with 9 levels. At level 9, you get to choose between three final looks, which each produce unique rewards. The Winter Train has a Chain Ability with three Train Cars, the Dining Car, the Sleeping Car, and the Freight Car. Attaching these cars to the end of the Winter Train provides unique bonuses, and you can chain multiple cars in a row to improve the Winter Train's output.

Upgrading the Winter Train requires a Winter Train Upgrade Kit. From levels 1 - 8, the upgrade can be applied to a Winter Train in your city simply by clicking on it. When you reach level 9, using the Winter Train Upgrade Kit will give you three options to choose from:

The Train Cars can be attached to the end of a Winter Train building of any level, or to another car already in a chain. When connected to the Winter Train, the cars will boost the output of the Train itself. Each of the Cars provides a unique boost, and you can attach as many to chain as you like, providing you have space!
